Stair Bits are committed to selling high-quality products, but we appreciate that sometimes you might want to exchange or return something you’ve purchased.
Unfortunately bespoke items that have been produced to your specific specification that differ from our standard products, that are agreed in advance and confirmed by yourselves are non-returnable upon receipt of products unless faulty.
Make sure you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they’re used or installed. Missing or damaged items that are notified after 5 days from delivery may be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Stair Bits.
All of our stair part products come with a no fuss guarantee.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your order until the end of 14 working days from the day after receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 14 days of cancellation.
You will receive a full refund, but must pay return postage, unless otherwise agreed by Stair Bits.
