Upon Receipt of Delivery

You should check your order in full promptly on delivery. If your delivery is incomplete or includes products that you have not ordered, you must notify customer services WITHIN FIVE WORKING DAYS, due to the nature of the product any errors or omissions notified after this time cannot be refunded or replaced.

Orders & Delivery

FOR PINE ORDERS, THESE WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS, PRIMED ORDERS ARE USUALLY DISPATCHED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS AND ANY OAK PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, THEREFORE DELIVERY CAN BE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORDER.

FOR THE ‘EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION’ ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER SO PLEASE ALLOW 2 – 3 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORDER.

IN SOME INSTANCES, DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, TIMBER AVAILABILITY, HOLIDAY SEASONS OR BANK HOLIDAYS THERE MAY BE SOME DELAYS MEANING ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 15 DAYS FOR DELIVERY.

Delivery Terms

All dispatch and delivery timescales are estimated. Stair Bits will try our very best to meet the estimated dates but shall not be responsible for the failure to deliver ordered products on quoted dates. Stair Bits will confirm with you by phone or email if your products cannot be delivered within 30 days of receiving payment from you. You will have the opportunity to either wait for the products or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order you will be given a full refund.

Stair Bits recommends that you do not book fitters or tradesmen until your goods have arrived and have been checked by you. Stair Bits cannot be held responsible for any third-party charges incurred due to non-delivery of any goods, or goods that have not been checked and signed by you on delivery.
All orders will be delivered to a single address. When ordering using a credit or debit card for the first time, your order will need to be delivered to the cardholder’s address. Subsequent orders can be made to an alternative address by arrangement.

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over. Stair Bits reserves the right to refuse to process an order without explanation.

When ordering from Stair Bits the company will endeavour to make one single delivery to your address to minimise any inconvenience. When your order contains a mix of products with different delivery lead times, the longest lead time will apply to the whole order.

If you provide us with an incorrect delivery address and your order is signed for by someone else we cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.
